Jill Christenholz is an award winning interior designer and realtor. Jill is a real estate broker as well as a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Jill combines design knowledge and experience with her real estate experience to help commercial and residential clients realize the greatest value from their property. Jill provides her services through two separate but coordinated companies – Desert Paradise Properties and Maverick Designs.
Desert Paradise Properties is a full service real estate brokerage specializing in residences in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley area since 2003. Services include: New Home Sales, Resale of Sale of existing homes, Leasing, Property Management, Home Staging, Vacant Home Visits, and Concierge Services.
Maverick Designs is a comprehensive ASID interior design firm that offers services ranging from conceptual design through furniture procurement and project completion. Services include: New Builds, Remodels, Space Planning, Interior Architecture, Furniture Procurement, Project Management, and Design Consultation.
