  • Arcadia

Arcadia is a neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona. It is bounded roughly by 44th Street to 68th Street and from Camelback Road to the Arizona Crosscut Canal. Arcadia contains well-kept homes on large lots; these homes command relatively high property values (as the neighborhood is adjacent to the upscale suburb of Scottsdale). Built on former citrus groves, Arcadia is known for well-irrigated, mature landscaping. Several yards prominently feature orange, lemon and grapefruit trees as reminders of the area’s past; the area used to be occupied by citrus farmers from 1919 to the mid-1950s.

  • Paradise Valley

Mummy Mountain & Camelback Mountain are the natural features of Paradise Valley. The town boundaries are: the southern border and the Piestewa Peak mountainous area on the western border. Despite the town’s relatively small area and population compared to other municipalities in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Paradise Valley is home to several resorts, making it one of Arizona’s premiere tourist destinations.

  • Scottsdale

Tempe is named after the Vale of Tempe in Greece. An inner suburb, located between the core city of Phoenix

Suburban development to south becomes less dense, consisting of single-family homes, strip malls and lower-density office parks.

“Jill is the most knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and efficient realtor I have every worked with. She is very familiar with all corners of this large metro area. No matter where your home search takes you, she has first-hand historical and current information about the neighborhood. With Jill, my husband and looked far north, far south, and at many homes in between. In all cases, Jill swiftly compiled comps and other relevant information to help us make a decision. We were searching in the middle of the bidding war frenzy and decided after 3 weeks to put our search on hold and to rent for a year, Jill understood and will be the first realtor we contact when we eventually resume our search.”
